Dr. Shivang Joshi, MD, MPH, RPh, FAHS

Dr. Joshi received his B.Pharm degree in Pharmacy at St. John’s University College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions in New York, N.Y. Dr. Joshi received his M.D. and M.P.H. at St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed his Neurology Residency at the Beth Israel Medical Center, New York, NY. Dr. Joshi then joined the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, John R. Graham Headache Center in Boston, MA for a Fellowship in Headache Medicine, where he was also an Instructor of Neuroscience at the Harvard Medical School. He is Board certified in Neurology and Headache Medicine.
Dr. Joshi is a recipient of the American Headache Society’s 2012 “Frontiers in Headache Research” Scholarship Award for Cluster Headache Research. Some of his clinical interests include the trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias such as cluster headaches and migraine with aura in women.
He is also a member of several professional medical societies including the American Academy of Neurology, the American Headache Society (AHS). He is also one of the founding members of the Great Lake Regional Society and Executive Board member of the Association of Migraine Disorders. Current Chair of the Pharmacology and Therapeutics Section of AHS. Former chair and founder of the Trigeminal Autonomic Cephalalgia Section. He is actively involved with mentorship and education with his academic societies, currently serving on the Emerging Leaders Committee. He is currently in clinical practice, accepting new patients and serves as the Director of Headache Medicine, at Community Neuroscience Services, Westborough, MA.
Angelo Termine, MSM, MBA

Angelo is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Ki Health Partners LLC doing business as New England Institute for Neurology and Headache, New England Institute for Clinical Research, our clinical research center, as well as Ki Clinical Research, a site management organization (SMO) providing business, development and regulatory expertise to medical practices wishing to engage in clinical research.
Angelo started his career in research at Yale University, School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry in New Haven. He then transitioned to Research Manager at a large neurology practice in Fairfield, where he participated in more than 100 studies, and successfully lead a team of clinical research coordinators for more than eight years before the launch of Ki Health Partners, LLC. In addition to holding master’s degrees in science management and business administration, Angelo is certified as a Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Research Coordinator, and Clinical Research Contract Professional. He is a certified rater with extensive experience on the following scales: NIH Stroke Scale, ADAS-Cog, NPI, MMSE and multiple clinical psychiatric assessment certifications. He is a member of MAGI (Models Agreements and Guidelines International) as well as the Headache Cooperative of New England, has lectured extensively on clinical research throughout the country, and has coauthored numerous scientific papers.
Dr. Jordan Eisenstock, MD, MBA, CPE
President
Dr. Jordan Eisenstock is a board certified neurologist and psychiatrist. He specializes in treating a broad array of all neurologic conditions, but has a particular interest in sports-related concussion, dementia, and traumatic brain injury. His multi-disciplinary approach is gleaned from diverse medical, academic and business experience. In addition to leading CNS, Jordan is an assistant professor of neurology and psychiatry at UMass Medical School in Worcester, MA. From 2008 to present, he has worked at UMass as an attending neurologist and neuropsychiatrist and enjoys teaching residents, fellows, and medical students participating in the same academic programs that he once attended.
Jordan has previously led quality improvement for the UMass Department of Psychiatry and helped to build Joint Commission certified programs of excellence in Traumatic Brain Injury, Parkinson’s Disease, and Stroke while serving as director of neurorehabilitation at Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the UMass Memorial Accountable Care Organization, Inc.,and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the American Heart and Stroke Association. Jordan has also served on the neurology steering committee for the National Quality Forum in Washington, DC, and sits on the committee responsible for creating the national board examination for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Chicago, IL.
Jordan received a BA in psychology from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and his MD from the University of Massachusetts in Worcester. In 2011, he achieved board certification as a certified physician executive (CPE) through the American College of Physician Executives, and in 2014 earned a masters in business administration (MBA) from the UMass Isenberg School of Business in Amherst.
Jordan attended Worcester Academy and has strong ties to Central Massachusetts. He is dedicated to caring for his patients and their families, and actively supports the greater community. Jordan enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in any activity related to sports. While at Georgetown University he played on the baseball team but now finds tennis to be a good match for his athletic endeavors.
